Tony Jacobs was efficient in his work drained the system and replaced the new radiator checking all radiators are working efficiently. Carpet was protected with sheets before he started the job in hand. We also called on Tony Jacobs late in the evening on a separate occasion as the boiler was not working. He returned the next day after hours and replaced the part on the boiler. All very efficient and trust worthy. We have no problem in recommending Tony to other people as we have done in the past, very satisfied clients.”

“Tony is a consummate professional. I first used him to: service my boiler; repair a shower; and a soft close toilet seat (shortly after the pandemic), and he was a Trojan. He was punctual, neat and tidy as he worked, and recommended that the manufacturer fix something on the boiler as it was still under warranty. More recently, he responded quickly to a sudden leaking stop valve on Christmas Eve and repaired it quickly. Work ethic was still the same. I highly recommend him and thank him.”
